The key to reviving our nation lies in the education , the key to which is teachers. As a direct performance engaging in educational work, teachers'qualities have a great effect on educational quality and the outcome of our educational reform. The curriculum reform for the basic education requests teachers to break through those old teaching methods and to become a guide, cooperator and participant of students'study affair. With the development of teachers'profession and the application of new curriculum, cooperative thought has been regarded as a basic quality that teachers should possess. The cooperation among teachers, which has transferred from only laying stress on personal development to emphasizing cooperative culture of teachers'professional development and collective growth of teachers, asks teachers to free them from only emplacing individual development. At the same time, the teachers'professional cooperation requests teachers to stern communication and cooperation among teachers which lets teachers share and study from each other's experience so as to reduce spontaneous action eased by teachers'isolation. On the promise of teachers'professional development combining the fully-new theory that teachers should become a cooperator of students in studying in the new curriculum reform of basic education, the research should regard the cooperation of teachers'profession as an important pattern of teachers'education, specially for their post-vocational education. Second, the research should combine the cooperation of teachers'profession with cultivating the ability to reflect and research so as to form a kind of interpersonal relation with respect, democracy and harmony and create educational psychological atmosphere of cooperation with each other and joint participation in order to realize teachers'multi-exchange, share in wisdom and the conflict of inspirations in education. Timely, the teachers'professional cooperation makes teachers get rid of the isolation but produce jamming educational furies for promoting the teachers'professional development. This thesis contains five sections. The first part includes two aspects (i.e. the significance of teachers'professional cooperation and the relationship between the cooperation and the growth of teacher), but focuses on the value of the teachers'professional cooperation. The second part mainly defines some concepts on the teachers'professional cooperation, further analyses some characteristics of it, which is the starting point of the research in logic. The third part is to explore the theoretical basis, analyze the status quo of the teachers'professional cooperation, deeply reflect some questions existing at present time on the basis of drawing extensive lessons from teachers'specialization in theory and practice at home and abroad, which is the basis ofthe research. The fourth part is to explore four kinds of patterns of teachers'professional cooperation, for example, the community of teachers'growth, learning and research organization, the group of teachers'professional cooperation, especially the school for teachers'professional development, which is the main body of the research. The fifth part is to discuss tactics of the promotion of teachers'professional development from the following four aspects: the idea of active cooperation, the mode of nimble cooperation, the effectiveness of good cooperation and the system of rational management, which is the core and conclusion of this paper.
