| As an important professional way to promote teachers ’ professional development,teachers ’ professional cooperation has become a hot topic in the field of education.Although teachers ’ research cooperation activities have been carried out in our country for decades,many cooperative models still have some practical problems,such as inefficient operation and formality.Therefore,how to promote the professional cooperation of teachers to make them more effective,it is urgent for the researchers to put forward corresponding relevant theories and countermeasures according to the reality.This research mainly uses the literature method,the interview method and the case method to carry on the research to the junior middle School teacher professional cooperation operation question.Through the investigation of four kinds of Dalian junior middle School Teachers ’ professional cooperation mode,the author finds out the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through investigation and research,it is found that the current situation of junior middle school teachers ’ professional cooperation is not optimistic,the main problems are as follows: First,the teacher’s professional cooperation model is rigid and mere formality;second,teachers ’ professional cooperation time is short;third,teachers lack of cooperation skills;Individualism and factionalism are thought seriously.Through analysis,it is found that the factors hindering the effective operation of junior middle school teachers ’ professional cooperation are various,such as personal factors,school factors and social factors.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the professional cooperation mode of junior middle school teachers,the author also read a lot of relevant literatures and interviewed many teachers,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.If the professional cooperation between teachers is effective,it needs the fundamental change of the teacher’s individual idea,and will stay in the consciousness of the cognition level,and effectively put into practice cooperative behavior.The school should improve the teachers ’ evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism in the aspect of system,and give the teachers strong support in the management,and give high quality cooperation guarantee in the cooperation technology.Hope to pass this study.It can promote more effective professional cooperation among teachers,make teachers ’ individual and teachers ’ professional level get healthier and faster development,so as to provide reference for the development and reform of junior middle school in China. |
