Theory And Practice Of Teacher Professional Development Based On Collaboration

The situation of moral education for the junior middle school students is discussed in thispaper, through the skills of combination between questionnaires and theoretic analysis. Thethesis is proved in the following four aspects. Part â…  is the statement of the situation of the moral education problems. Throughquestionnaires a relatively complete understanding about the moral education is achieved. Theproblems existing and the influences are generalized in the aspects of citizen consciousness,life consciousness, environment consciousness, ect. Part â…¡ is the analysis of the causes of the problems. The causes of the moral educationproblems are discussed concretely mainly through the status, environment, target, content,skills and methods of the moral education. The author tries to arouse the attention to thisproblem from schools, families and the society, in the purpose of providing the middle schoolstudents with sound environment for studying and living. Part â…¢ is talking about the measures and methods enhancing the moral education. In thispart five aspects concerning to deal with the moral education problems are stated: to enhancethe importance of the moral education; to build Trinitarian environment of families, schoolsand the society; to set up the proper target of moral education for the junior students; to showthe humanity in the content of moral education; to provide colorful methods and measures tocarry out the moral education, instead of the single method.;And the education bureau shouldstrengthen the reform in this regard, establish proper system of assessment and measurementin order to make sure that the diathesis education can be carried out smoothly.
