With the realization of the importance of teacher's selection and on-the-job training is deepening in every country all over the world, the knowledge and understanding of specialized teacher, improving the specialized level of teacher already become a very important topic in the fields of education, and highly valued by government and education experts in every country, the rapid development of education require high quality teachers. At present, the quality of the school's teacher work staffs is not very inspiring. The cultivation of specialized teacher with teaching specialty and the improvement of whole quality of teacher staffs is especially important. The comparative research between the specialized teacher and new-hand teacher is not only give an important meaning to teacher training, but also promote the growth of teacher and provide a new field of vision to its development.The half of the forepart in this thesis begin with the research and analysis on comparing with the new-hand teacher and specialized teacher by experts and scholar in and abroad, give definition to connotation of specialized teacher, make clear the characteristic of specialized teacher and its law of development, and give a comparative analysis on the similarities and differences between new-hand teacher and experienced teacher, experienced teacher and specialized teacher, give explanation to various differences on personality characteristics, teaching strategies, Knowledge structure and trait of solving problems of the specialized teacher while on their different growth and development phase. Meanwhile, the restriction factor on growth and development of specialized teacher are also inquired and discussed, thus provide references to the cultivation of specialized teacher on theoretical studies.The latter half of the thesis are based on the above theoretical studies and analysis, first, improving emphasizing the cultivation of fine personality. Second, discuss that the various norms and regulations for school's development provided by the construction of school external environment plays a very important role incultivating specialized teacher and in promoting the implementation of the new curriculum, which analyzed from four points of view in carrying out democratic management, promoting the evaluation mode of teacher's specialized development, building the scientific research and creative atmosphere and the needs of teacher. Third, discuss the building and forming of integrated pattern on cultivation of specialized teacher. It points out that the development of specialized teacher is a continuous process, the cultivation pattern should realize the integration between the pre-job education and on-the-job education, the teacher's development and teaching research, the teacher's development and education reform, thus improve the teacher's all-round quality. Under the cultivation pattern, centering on the cultivation of specialized teacher's teaching specialty and multivariate knowledge, discuss the two-stage style cultivation pattern and the multivariate cultivation ways.Combining with the present situation of the school's education resources in our country, the thesis discuss relative research theory of specialized teacher and the ways and method of cultivation, thus provide beneficial reference to the teacher's specialized development.
