Meanwhile, the restriction factor on growth and development of specialized teacher are also inquired and discussed, thus provide references to the cultivation of specialized teacher on theoretical studies.The latter half of the thesis are based on the above theoretical studies and analysis, first, improving emphasizing the cultivation of fine personality.
