With the development of economic and politics in the world, the international exchanges and cooperations become more and more frequently English as a world's common language also become a dispensable communication tool between peoples in new times.Under this envirment and background,English education of kindergartens in our country has be carried out universally.However, the preparation of the teachers are not adequet for different reasons,the specialized qualities of English teachers in kindergartens are the bottleneck which influenced the qualities of the English education in kindergartens.Therefore, writer research the situations of the specialized qualities of English teachers in kindergartens in Wuhan city. This thesis mainly discuss the present situatuion of the specialized qualities of English teacher in kindergartens, Then deeply analyze reasons which lead to the questions, and find out the influencial factors through it.Lastly some suggestions are given on how to improve the specialized qualities of English teachers.This thesis consists of four parts:Part I is the introduction which is mainly presented the backgrounds of the popular children's English education and the lack of relevant theory research,bring forward questions that teachers' professional qualities should be raised urgently. Then this part putted out research purpose after deeply analyzing the theory and practical significance, and defined basic concepts and sorted out the relevant references,lastly made the research objects, approach, process clear.Part II is the theory basis of teachers'professional qualities, which reviews the history of the specialized qualities of English teachers researches, and preliminarily built structure frame of teachers'professional qualities.On the theory basis of teacher professional qualities, the paper devides it into education specialized qualities of English teachers and language specialized qualities of English teachers from the perspective of the stage of kindergarten and English subject, then explain them carefully.Part III is the result analizations of the questionnaire and data analysis. This part analyzes present situation and finds out exist questions from two aspects of education the specialized qualities of English teachers and language the specialized qualities of English teachers according to resources depended on the structure frame of the specialized qualities of English teachers through six aspects that are specialized education emotion, specialized education knowledge and specialized education skills, and language specialized knowledge, language specialized skills, relevant language theories.Part IV focused on the reasons what coursed the question according to the above research results.Some corresponding advices are given from four aspects of teacher education, teacher employment system, inner administration and outer envirment by reflecting the existing questions of kindergarten English teacher the specialized qualities in Wuhan city.At last, auther reflects the backwards of the research and outlook actively the research direction in the future.
