Liu Bin, vice director of the National Education Department, pointed out: " Schools should pay much more attention to the point in altering the slower students. Altering the slower students is as important, glorious and valuable as bringing up the outstanding ones." The job is also full of hardship, carefulness and special attention. Being an educator, We'd better make friends with them, try to understand their special needs and create better conditions so that we can improve their alternation. We must finish it basing on the modern educational theory directed by Deng Xiaoping; follow the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China"; "the Outline on the Educational Reform and Development". We should insist on the socialism education policy and carry out the national education policy totally. We should connect the scientific research with the practical items, thus can promote the development of our school, eventually comes the best result of the wonderful and excellent graduates. Influenced by the upper education guide ,I have taken the following steps in my maths teaching : general teaching design; organizaing the special topic effectively; carrying it out step by step; exchanging all the time. On the other hand ,try to collect the original information,; form the file on students; contrast with the experimental and scientific research. Meanwhile, we need to show our proper attitude to the slower students in learning maths in order to reach the purpose of improving their quality. Also we have the task in providing the teaching experience to those who are teaching in the front daily.
