Research On Training Program For College Logistics Department

Logistics, as one of the major tasks in colleges and universities, provides three kinds of services, i.e. to serve teaching, to serve scientific research and to serve the society and two kinds of people cultivations, i.e. cultivation through service and cultivation through management.Due to the significant strategic status of logistics and the important roles the management for logistics play in colleges and universities, the training of the management becomes very significant. Compared with training in enterprises, this kind of training possesses its unique features of particularity, complexity and regularity, which required more attention in practice and be researched in theory.On the one hand, the training of logistic management is critically important, while on the other hand the training is too complicated to be implemented. The training is facing three challenges macroscopically and another three discomfitures microscopically, but there is a paneity of necessary theoretical research to give support and direction to the training. So this article attempts to conduct some research in this regard.This article is to research in logistic training in colleges and universities and focused on training of the management. Based on the series of trainings of logistic management in East China Normal Universities at the end of 2003 and the detailed analysis of the trainings with five different topics respectively. The demerits and merits of these trainings are anatomized thoroughly from the penetration point 8 w, i.e. the eight elements of the training of logistic management to disclose the rules of logistic training in colleges and universities in depth. This article also attempts to demonstrate the specific practices, contents and effectiveness assessment, etc. With regard to this kind of training so as to offer certain reference value and theoretical guidance value to the training of logistic management in colleges and universities even to the entire logistic training in colleges and universities.
