The advance of New-curriculum Reform means the change of curriculum, teaching , school-administration and so on. This paper is the research of refining homework administration under the New-curriculum Reform background.Chapter one inquired into the relationship between the New-curriculum Reform and the homework administration. It's said that homework had influences not only on the grasp and the reinforce of knowledge but also on the development of the students as "a whole life".Homework administration is tightly connected with the actual effect of the aims of the New-curriculum Reform.In this chapter,a analysis frame has been set up by the concept of "power'Mn the power eyes, homework administration is the action of power-owners,the refine means the cooperation of all the power-owners.At the base of "power",the concepts of "homework-power" and "power-owners" have been defmed,so are the concepts of "refining"and "homework administration."Chapter two showd the readers the most important problems of homework administration by the analysis of hundreds of articles.The main problems are:the ideas of homework,the amount of homework,the design of homework, the appraisal and management of homework.At the base of article-analysis,a filed research has been carried out to show the voice of students.Finally,focus on the main problems,some reasons were given from different aspects.Chapter three inquired into the specific method of homework refining.Two parts wre included:the first is refining all steps of the homework administration,the second is school should take the administration to its daily work.The first part means several steps,for example,all the teachers of one class should cooperate to control the amount of the homework,teachers should design different homework for diffent students,teachers should courage the student to self-assessment.The second part means the school should use all kinds of resources,coordinate all kinds of relationship,set up some rules to exert a greater function.Finally,two cases of homework administration by the school have been used to give a direct impression.Chapter four did not focus on the technique methods of homework administration, but to consider the issues by ephilosophy eyes and point out the different between "science" and "tool-rationale".At last,the paper showed the trend of homework administration.
