From the perspectives of school management, this study strives to trace the trend of today's Innovations. Education and focuses on the main problems by reconsidering and examining the three major respects of the current school management system, the curriculum and teaching management in primary and secondary schools. Meanwhile based on the modern educational scientific theories and actual results, the study expounds and analyses the essence of the problems to find out a practical breach for the further development of the Innovations Education.This thesis consists of five parts. Part 1 is an introduction, clarifying the significance of the school management of Innovations Education performed in primary and secondary schools, the present research condition, a brief explanation to the methods and basic train of thought in the research. Part 2 is concerned with a general survey of Innovation Education, including its conception, definition, background, objective, practical investigation and summary of theoretic research. Part 3 clarifies the interactive relations between Innovations Education and school management system. From Part 4 to Part 5, the thesis respectively involves three major aspects of innovations research: school management system, curriculum and teaching management. These two parts are the same in structure. Firstly, the relations are summarized respectively among Innovations Education, school management system, curriculum and teaching management. Next the problems in the management of the three are pointed out. In the study of school management system, the thesis states emphatically the unfavorable factors in headmaster responsibility system, staff appointment system and distribution system. In curriculum management, the problems cover the present curriculum management method, objectives, structure and school-based curriculum. In teaching management, the following are the key points: teaching ideology, objectives, environment, normal mode, method, the use of modern tools and evaluation system, etc. Finally the study...
