On Individualized Composition Teaching

Under the background of new curriculum, individualized composition teaching is introduced as a new idea and a new project, which is different from traditional model composition teaching. Based on the analysis of present situation and the trend of composition teaching home and abroad, this article explores the meaning, connotation and goal of composition teaching. Conditions should be created to exhibit student's personality so as to turn common composition into individual one; students' subject status and individualized differences should be emphasized. The strategies of composition teaching innovation, proposed as expanding the students' life resources, cultivating their thinking quality and creating corresponding teaching atmosphere, are discussed.
