Curriculum Management And Operation In School

School is the development center of all curriculums. National curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum must be implemented and designed in school. The trend of the curriculum reform in the basic education asks us to pay more attention to the curriculum reform in school and give school sufficient curriculum power. How to ensure the implementation of school curriculum management power is a key item, which has great impact on the success of the curriculum reform. Efficient school curriculum management leads to a series of good results, such as improving teachers' curriculum consciousness and their professional development, realizing curriculum innovation in school and affording more possibilities to satisfy the students' verified needs.We must strengthen the research on school curriculum management. Based on the current researches on school curriculum management, this dissertation systematically analyzes some problems met in the process of curriculum management, by using multiple methods, such as interview, questionnaire and literature analysis. In addition, it elaborates the operational mechanism and operational basic of school curriculum management.
