Research On Training Ways Of Comprehensive Quality Of College Students

In this era of intellectual economy, the problem about how to improve comprehensive quality of college students, who will be made into compounded talents available by the whole world, has been taken into consideration by experts, researchers, institutions and different quarters of the society. In this article, the author makes a suggestion that comprehensive quality of college students consists of four aspects as ideological and moral, physical and mental, scientific and cultural and creative after she analyzes the concept, connotation and characters of it, meanwhile, by analyzing the circumstance, transforming process, and present situation, she focuses her point on training ways with the result of a theoretical system. First, the author considers it a premise for college students "to be human beings". In order to obtain this object, the training phenomenon, which can enhance the mental quality of college students, should be paid more attention by the way of changing our thoughts, deepening our reform, bringing the leading function of class teaching into full play and building up strict rules. On the other hand, as to train students to be fully-developed useful men for the whole society, we should keep on the idea of "regarding human beings as bases", strengthening the aspect as ideological and ethics. Second, in order to train students to learn all their lives long, the author regards it a critical point to guide students "to learn better" in the following ways: make better use of teaching process by setting up a big curricula system, fulfill the instructive aspect of teaching by enforcing the communication between teachers and students and make their relationship more harmonious, attach more importance to personality development of different students, arouse their consciousness of being creative while providing facilities for their life-long study. Third, the author remains it the main idea to require students "to do better". In order to train students to be comprehensive human beings, we should take notice to make further advances on students' special skills and their hobbies, We can make the students more capable of communication and action by various academic and practical activities. Last, the author makes herpoint on the quality of teachers themselves-one of the most important factors in training comprehensive quality of college students. In order to obtain students who are competent in the international affairs, the author thinks that teachers should keep up with the development of this era, enhance their own study and research, do their best to improve their own comprehensive quality.
