Course construction is a problem which be a core problem of the higher education development, it is paid attention by educationist of the higher education for always, it not only include the research of theories level, also include the quest of practice level ,it lives with higher education together. The resolution of course problem leads to an gradual , inheriting , reforming process, it is endless. The result of the course construction have the relativity, as to its evaluation, have no best, none but better. The key to survey from angle, measure with what standard. This paper to the research that the higher education course construction problem, in the long river of course study, should still be placed in the entry stage, it is an angle that inquiries into in the theories, still exist the certain distance with the actual problem. Article is carried on from four aspects in the research, the first part starts the basic concept of the course, briefly analyze the general concept of the course, discuss the concept and characteristics of higher education course, point out that the higher education course has advanced and scientific of knowledge, direct definite profession, closely contact with politics and economy of society ,and stronger school characteristics. The second part analyzes macroscopic factors that influence the high school course. when carry on the analysis, select a few main factors, national education policy with the educational target instruct course construction , The academic theory of high school affect establishment of curriculum, the discipline development will influence the course , social demand would impact reform of course contents. The third part points out that the course construction exists two problems: the idea of the course construction lack definition, causing the course construct work at sea, what is more serious that the theoretical support of the higher education course construction is vapidity, the course construction theories point out that the power of the high school construction aspect is feeble, the target is dispersed, the result is odds and ends, lack the research to higher education course characteristic, etc. The four part discuss the course construction problem of the higher education, put forward the remolding to course idea, strengthen humanistic course construction, this standpoint accord with strengthen the request of educational man's natural character currently without previous consultation . Emphatically value to set up the theories system at the same time, point out the different side of the construction, aim at the characteristic of the higher education, point outdiscipline character of higher education course in the constitution and characteristics of the school in the exploitation, it is discoursed upon in the article. To sum up, this paper e discourse course construction of the higher education, main concentration is the level of" what is " and" how should ", set up the theories system in a specific way along with the specific deeper design problem, the article have no more involve.
