| We take the structure of the biological teachers in Bai cheng city as the research objectin this thesis. We introduces the reason that this thesis puts forward briefly atfirst, and then defines the conceptions and the key elements of the teaching body structure inmiddle school in a deep way, on this basis we try our best to investigate the current situationof the teaching body structure in Bai cheng city. We find these problems of teaching bodystructure of the biological teachers in middle school through investigations and interviewsthat the structure of the Professional Title is unreasonable, the proportion of high degree isvery low ; the proportions of age and sex is not reasonable ;so we should recruit thegraduations as middle school teachers not only from Normal schools but also fromUniversities. What cause these problems are the imperfection of the mechanism inside theschool; the traditional ideas of the teachers; the contradictory between engineering andstudying, and so on. Combine the domestic and international relevant research ,the basiceducational reform on biology education reform and the current situation in Bai cheng city,This thesis put forward some countermeasures on the studying of the biological teacher'sstructure :to set up in a wide range of source channels of teachers and improve the teachingbody, to strengthen the proportion of the high professional title on the basis of strictlystandard evaluate ,advancing the reform of personnel system on middle and primary schools,improving the teacher's mechanism of appointing in accordance in law, reforming andperfecting teacher's management system of the middle and primary schools, Implyingteacher's qualification system in an all-round way, strengthening the continue education of themiddle school biology teachers under the new course reform, setting up the idea of studyingall the life. |
