Evaluation reform is considered as one of the goals of curriculum reform by 《The Compendium of the Curriculum reform of Basic Education(examination)》clearly,and the direction of evaluation reform is put forward too。The goal of evaluation reform is:" reforming the evaluation function of discrimination and selection, developing the function of promoting students, teachers and practice of teaching." "Constituting the evaluation system of promoting the full-scale development of the students. Not only the evaluation pay attention to the study result, but also the evaluation must discover and develop latent of many facts, understanding the require of students during developing, helping the students recognize themselves and setting up self-confidence. Develop the education function of evaluation, promote the development of the students on the basic level." Constitute the evaluation system of physical education classroom according with curriculum reform, make a breakthrough the traditional condition of paying attention to final evaluation but ignoring process, strengthen the function of encouragement and development, through the evaluation of the study process present the study attitude, knowledge and technical ability, tender regards and cooperate of students. Give expression to the education idea of the students' main condition and the health's center , and serve for the lifelong physical education. The idea of developing evaluation is the core of constituting quality education evaluation system, and there is a very deep meaning in promoting the basic education reform of China. The basic ideas of the developing evaluation system of physical education and health classroom teaching are: main body communication, many aspects content and process trends. Its' features are embodying democracy consult spirit, paying attention to the unexpect effect and result of targets, laying stress on many aspects standard and angle of evaluation, stressing periodicity of evaluation procession. Constituting the developing evaluation system of physical education and health classroom teaching is good for the full-scale development of every student and promoting the teachers setting up the right teaching ideas and teaching mode. Constituting the developing evaluation system of physical education and health classroom teaching may adopt the evaluation mode of combining the evaluation classroom teaching of experts and persons of same profession, teachers and students; pay attention to the study mode of students, level and results, and the evaluation content of teaching design and methods of teachers; combining immediate and stage evaluation, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, absolute and relative evaluation. The evaluation is considered as the an aspect of classroom teaching by the developing evaluation system of physical education and health classroom teaching, run through the teaching design, for adjusting the tactics of classroom teaching, improving the practice action, finishing the classroom teaching with high quality.
