The process of teaching is a process of abundant active interpretation of teaching text at the same time. How to interpret the teaching text should be one of the important teaching research contents. Firstly, the phenomena that teacher interprets the teaching text are objective. Secondly, it is necessary to study the phenomena of teaching text interpretation.Teaching material is a kind of text. So it has the characteristics that text has, such as fixed, contracted and undetermined in meaning, etc.. The meaning of the teaching material like that of the text has the characteristics, such as opening,historic, building and creating, being concerned with subject, having times spirit and so on. Teaching material is a kind of particular text. Because of it's particularity in forming, station, function and object, teaching text, different from other texts, has its own limitations.To go deep into the phenomena of teaching text interpretation, we can separate the course into two periods. During the first period, the teacher prepares for lessons; the teacher, the student, the teaching text understand statically between each other. During the second one, the teacher conveys the meaning of the teaching text to the students; the teacher, the students, the teaching text communicate dynamically.When we try to know what is actually happening in teaching text interpretation, we can find out that most teachers focus the interpreting on the extrinsic things such as the author, the editor; or they focus the interpreting on the internal things such as the teacher and the students.
