Since the middle of the 20th century, with the development of the computer profession, the information technique development has been advancing at great speed. The information technique has already seeped through the social each realm, even to change the whole world. Mankind's society is gradually transferred from the industry society to information society. The information technique also has a great effect on education, which becomes very popular all over the world. The whole world puts emphasis on the information technique. Either a flourishing nation or a developing country thinks of informatization as a center work of the new century. Our country then puts forward with educational of informatization to arouse the educational modernization, carrying out educationally grand target of the cross over type development. Information technique education work all over the country takes on a new look. The government throws in a great deal of funds to develop the informatization construction of the exhibition education within the range of the financial permission in the coast area of economic development and the western region that economy is opposite to fall behind. However, whether the huge funds devotion can be correspond of producing and requiting is still a serious problem that the education administration section wants to answer for the government and taxpayers and even is also important topic that we want to study.The Baoan District of Shenzhen City is the quicker region of the economydevelopment, the informatization construction is thrown in a lot of money and starts earlier. The research on it will be very representatively and typically instructive. The result of the research can radiate to other coastal area. This research is an individual case that the Baoan District is the information technique education development to study, trying to carry on the objective analysis to the progress that is made in our country educational informatization, pursue the reasons for the existent problems, and put forward the countermeasure of the next move work and conceive, providing the decision for the education administration section.This research is based on the construction theory. Through various researches of substantial evidence inquisition and individual case study...etc, the research will tally up the special features in Baoan District information technique education development in the recent years, find out the existent problem at the same time, analyze the reasons of these problems, and put forward the next strategies and measures. This research is divided into five parts:Part one: This part is a thesis to a leading part. It puts forward the thought of the article after introducing some basic concepts concerning about the information technique .The introduction part also makes the total overview on the research value, the research and the research methods.Part two: It analyzes to the information, the information technique and a few contents of concept of the information technique education, distinguishes a few concepts about information technology education, and makes an analysis towards educating related and a few concepts with the information technique, analyzing the same and different points between them. It prepares for the latter proofs ahead of time.Part three: This part mainly is written about the information technique education under the background of the new curriculum.
