The internal mechanism includes advertisement of doctoral program, approval of excellent applicants, composing of the top-grade tutors, opening up the preliminary course characteristically and flexibly, training of the creativity in the teaching and research activities, high standard and strictly examining of the thesis, and superseding the unqualified students in several stages during their studying.
