Research On The Quality Insurance Mechanism For Full-time Professional Degree

With the rapid development of our economy, the demand for high-level application talent is growing. The current structure of talents has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of the society. The cultivation of practical and profession talent team become the necessity of the time. Full-time degree of postgraduate education arises at the moment. Quality is the lifeline of full-time degree of postgraduate education. Establish sound full-time degree of postgraduate education quality guarantee mechanism is the needs of continuously improving the education quality. It is also the necessary condition to realize the good and rapid development of education.In the new era when the education of full-time professional degree postgraduates developing rapidly, it has become an urgent problem that how to establish a perfect quality assurance mechanism of the education of full-time professional degree postgraduates to ensure and improve the quality of the education. This study summarizes the theoretical support of quality guarantee system of the full-time degree of postgraduate education and analyses the core impact factors of it. On the basis of the experiences of the developed countries, our country constructed the quality assurance mechanism of the full-time degree of postgraduate education.This study suggests that we can construct the quality assurance mechanism of full-time degree of postgraduate education from the following three aspects. The first is to strengthen the internal quality guarantee mechanism, from the guide mechanism of construction of concept, the select mechanism of selection of the students, the practical mechanism of curriculum teaching, the double tutorial system of teachers, the review mechanism of degree thesis to the feedback mechanism of employment information. It forms a good internal circulation system. They are the main parts of the quality guarantee mechanism of the full-time degree of postgraduate education. The second is to improve external quality assurance mechanism and to expound the indispensable of external quality assurance mechanism from the view of government, society, enterprise and the Advisory Committee. The third is to integrate the internal and external communication interaction mechanism. The organic combination of the three aspects constructs a relatively perfect and with Chinese characteristic quality assurance mechanism of full-time degree of postgraduate education.
