The conception of educational values is people's basic view about educational values and educational value relations,It is specifying in education of human values,it is the important content that people perceive and realize to education,It is the key idea of education of guiding,controlling and appraising about education behavior and efficiency. The conception of educational values reflect people's pursuit to educational value.Only in constant education value is pursued,there is surmounting and creation of education.
