21century is a informationization and globalization century which is based on market economy, takes knowledge economy as the core, makes harmonious development as the target, makes reforming and innovations as the driving force. Under this surrounding, our higher school education has made rapid progress. At the same time, it puts forward much comprehensive quality requirements especially ideology,moral character quality to the college students. Facing this, the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council give a notice that i《sSome advice on how to strengthen colleges and universities'ideological political education》in 2004 to all the colleges and universities, this notice emphasizes that college students are very precious resources , the hope of our country and the future of our nationality. So it is very profound strategic significance to strengthen and reform colleges and universities'ideological political education, improve their diathesis, mold them as the builders and successors of the socialist cause with China specific, put into effect the strategies of"science and education makes country prosperous"comprehensively. Ensure not to be defeated in the international competition from beginning to the end, ensure realization of the magnificent target of all-round realization of constructing well-to-do society and quickening pushing our four modernizations, ensure flourishing and having no lack of successor of our socialist cause with China specific. Under the circumstances, I think, it has profound theoretical and actual significance to strengthen actual result of researching of moral education in colleges and universities. This thesis closely makes actual result of researching of moral education in colleges and universities as the key problem, takes it as theoretic guide of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, Adopts document method,comparative method,method of historic investigation and logic deduction, and combines some relative classic theory at home and abroad to our China reality,combines theory researching with positive researching, combines question analysis with method construction, and is based on investigation and researching. Firstly, give a all-round analysis of the ideological political of the colleges and universities'students from active and negative aspects, and explore the reason profoundly why they are like that. Secondly, expound the background why people bring forth the problem of the actual result of moral education, and give some opinions of my own. Thirdly, in order to improve the actual result of moral education, we must have a new angle of view that is to research some relative theory of subjects. On this basis, we conclude that in order to improve the actual result of moral education, we must try to construct new measurements. As for the whole thesis, I think, it has two points that bring forth new ideals. The first one is that the title is new and original which is made according to the reality today and the future. The content has exploring feature and systematicness. This thesis gets the supporting from the Central Committee of the CPC and the state council'notice. That is《Some advice on how to strengthen colleges and universities'ideological political education》in 2004. Besides, the biggest characteristic is that it discusses the actual result of moral education from researching the supporting of other relative subjects. The whole thesis is made up of four parts The first part, give a all-round analysis of the ideological political of the colleges and universities'students from active and negative aspects, and explore the reason profoundly why they are like that. Firstly, points out that active,healthy,realistic,enterprising is the main aspect of the colleges and universities'ideological political. such as : Facing significant political problems, they know well to back up CPC, stick to Marxism, agree to the socialist cause with China specific; A lot of students pay attention to significant things at home and abroad, agree to or back up the basic lines,policies; Affirm the significant achievements which the CPC has made, and they have confident to the future of our country; They want knowledge, want to be talents, they are realistic and enterprising ; Political development,social stability and getting jobs are the focal points. Secondly, points out the main problem that college students have. Such as: Some students pay no attention to the significant political problems, sometimes make mistake; Same students pay much more on themselves, pay much more on material gain, they know well, but they do not do things according to the knowledge; Facing the pressure coming from study and getting job, a lot of students feel tired,perplexed, the problem of the mental health is outstanding; Thirdly, explore the reason profoundly why they are like that. Points out that market economy,knowledge economy,economic and political globalization,reforming of colleges and universities itself are the basic root. The second part, expound the background why people bring forth the problem of the actual result of moral education, and give some opinions of my own. In this part, firstly, expound the background why people bring forth the problem of the actual result of moral education. Secondly, points out with my own words the definition,the features and the principle of valuation,the system of evaluation quota of the actual result of moral education in college and universities. The third part, in order to improve the actual result of moral education, we must have a new angle of view, that is making researching of the other relative subjects. In this part, I point out that the philosophic view of Marxism,the view of psychology,the view of economics,the view of reception study,the view of sociology,the view of aesthetics,the view of pedagogy,the view of behavioral science must be concerned. The fourth part, in order to improve the actual result of moral education, we must research measurements from each aspects. In this part, I systematically point out that we must make the measurements from six aspects, that is: Set new concept, change content, make perfect the administration system, improve teachers'quality, strength construction of curriculum, make innovations to the method.
