The fine art teachers of middle and primary schools (hereafter referred to as the fine art teachers) play a key role in the reform of the present basic art educational course. Their knowledge structure is influencing the effect of teaching, and concerning the harmony of the reform. I study the knowledge structure of the fine art teachers, clue in the artistic development and change in contemporary, teacher's specialization and the new course of basic fine arts. It contributes to the course reform of the fine arts teacher educating and the thoroughly development advancing the reform of basic art education. This theory of the thesis is partly made up of four parts:First part: analyze the factor of impelling the contemporary fine arts teacher's knowledge structure to change. I consider from three respects: First, fine arts takes the field of modernism; the graceful and popular demarcation line disappeared, fine arts tend to the pluralism; the expansion of the fine arts material etc. which have surmounted the fine arts teacher's old understanding. Second, teacher's specialization requires the fine arts teacher to become the professional personnel engaged in fine arts educational activities; Third, syntheses and expansion of the course content of basic art education, impel the fine arts teacher to break theoriginally single knowledge system.Second part : The fine arts teacher's knowledge classification and value. First, fine arts knowledge is the noumenonn professional knowledge that the fine arts teacher carried on discipline teaching of fine arts; Second, educational knowledge is the fine arts teacher's job professional knowledge; Third, practice knowledge is an important standard of the fine arts teacher's special development; Fourth, cultural knowledge nourishes and cherish the fine arts teacher's humane quality, it is the background knowledge that the fine arts teacher carried on teaching.The third part: Propose the characteristic of fine arts teacher's knowledge structure. This part is a focal point of a thesis. First, aesthetic. Point out the fine arts teacher's aesthetic range surmounting to "fine arts", and its knowledge center is transfered from skill to the promotion of the aesthetic judgment. Second, humanity. Fine arts teacher only possess the responsibility and faith of human intellectual, probably really realize humanization in art education. Third, merging. No matter the fine arts and education are in the contemporary comprehensive characteristic and development trend, In the course of teacher professionalizing, the enhancement of the theory and practice, academic nature and teacher-training unified trend, and contemporary knowledge increases in the way which become more and more comprehensive, all require fine arts teacher have a merging knowledge structure.
