The Development Of Japanese Private Higher Education And Enlightenments Of The Private Higher Education In China

The development of private higher education arouses the worldwide attention in the 21st century, especially, the scarcity of the government funding for public higher education brings a worldwide expansion of private higher education, to pursue a sustainable and high -speed economic development, China needs a great number of education people. However, the resource of public university in China can't bring up enough graduates to meet the requirements of the society, so, further development of private higher education is in great need, at present, the big issue is how to make balance between the international and localization of private higher education.The development of private higher education in Japan is the most typical model in the Asia, as, china's neighboring country separated only by a strip of water has the similar culture, so Japanese experiences and lessons from its private higher education will bring china some useful enlightenments and references. The forth section ties to summarize the experiences of private higher education in Japan, and attempts to apply Japanese experience in Chinese private higher education.
