Writing instruction at the stage of Junior Middle School is one of the practical objections of fundamental education. The nature of such objection should be in the line with the essence of education, which aims to transmit and inherit the culture, to help the students in the process of individual socialization and to promote the social and individual development. This leads to an important issue in writing instruction: apart from developing the students' competence of accurate written expression, the aim of writing instruction should develop the students with "independent personality and freedom of thinking" . Meanwhile, one of the important reasons for our nation being independent in the world for thousands of years lies in our traditional culture, that is, the ethical culture of how to be. Therefore, being as descendants of Yan Di and Huang Di, we should, and also must, conduct the traditional cultural education before instructing the practical writing skills, so that we can help the students to construct the positive psychology in the writing culture, improve the students' writing competence and promote the self- development of the students as "a whole person".
