As the rapidly developing society needs more innovational merits with personality, it need more teachers with teaching personality. Under the influence of examination-styled education, many Chinese teachers lost their teaching personality. This situation is harmful for Chinese education reformation and cultivating the students' personality as well. At present, there is little research on this subject. Enhancing studying about Chinese teachers' teaching personality, analyzing its characters and probing out its developing rules is valuable and meaningful for accelerating Chinese reformation, promoting Chinese education developing healthily and cultivating excellent students.This assay includes three parts: preface, main text and conclusion.Preface introduces theoretic foundation of promoting Chinese teacher' s teaching personality.Main text has four parts. Part one makes a definition, and introduces its meaning and academic situation. Part two researches its essentials, characters and classification. Part three analyzes its four exhibitions in Chinese teaching. Part four discusses about preconditions, methods and several stages in forming Chinese teachers' teaching personality.Conclusion pointing out that promoting teaching personality is a tendency of Chinese teaching reforming, and a new increasing point for Chinese education sustainable developing.
