Since ancient times, both at home and abroad, education in the importance ofhuman intelligence and development at the same time, also pay attention to the students’personality perfect, modern education is further emphasized the development of humanpersonality. However, in the working medium occupation schools, students’ personalitycultivation and personality development is to improve state. This is not an individualphenomenon. Quite a part of students in vocational schools, due to various factors, thereis a relative lack of personality. The language discipline in vocational schoolsmarginalized, but by virtue of their image and emotional strength, influence characterby environment influence on students, to change their feelings on life and world,thinking and expression, and eventually accumulate into their spiritual world in the mostdeep, the most basic thing--the values and the outlook on life, forming perfectpersonality.In this paper, healthy personality and personality education in Chinese theoreticalbasis, targeted on the analysis of Vocational Students’ present situation, summarized theprevalence of certain personality defects, and aimed at these defects to consciously usethe Chinese textbook for healing, cultivating students’ healthy personality. Among them,emotional, aesthetic and life into the classroom teaching, the three key words: how toimplement, the thesis also takes the typical classroom record to be displayed andsummary. Through the course of Chinese personality education, the purpose is to leteach student know for yourself, find themselves deep, search for the meaning of life andexistence value; let its introspection, self-knowledge, self-respect, self-improvement, toreshape their values, outlook on life and world view, forming perfect personality.The theoretical thinking, empirical research and classroom teaching to combinetogether, with the author’s own teaching practice to reveal the perfect personalityeducation in the teaching ideas, methods and to obtain good teaching effect, it will befor the Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational school students’ personalityeducation to provide some reference.
