To achieve the purpose of encouraging the innovation on Chinese language teaching in Philippine, this research utilizes "Middle School Teachers' Teaching Strategy Questionnaire", "The Self-esteem Scale", and "The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire" as a survey tool to facilitate the research. The research indicates that: (1) the degrees of teaching strategies, job satisfaction and self-esteem amongst the Chinese teachers working in Philippine remain at the level of above-average. However, compared with the teachers in China, there appear the gaps in terms of teaching strategies, especially in the areas of during-the-class and after-the-class; (2) the area where the school locates is an effective predictor of Chinese teachers' teaching strategies, job satisfaction and self-esteem being used. Therefore, it is beneficial if modeling practice has been made good use, which would encourage to improve the teaching quality of the entire teacher team in certain area; (3) as the time length of teaching to some extent affect on teaching strategies and job satisfaction, it is recommended that Chinese Community should support those teachers who have served in teaching for more than 15 years; (4) concerning that the quality of teaching strategies amongst early-childcare teachers is at the bottom, the training programmes are supposed to offered particularly; (5) It is believed that if the Chinese Community intends to increase Chinese teachers' payment, it will correspondingly improve teachers' teaching quality; (6) There is positive correlation between job satisfaction and teaching strategies as well as the positive correlation between self-esteem and teaching strategies, and self-esteem is able to successfully predict the teaching strategies which will be used; (7) As there is positive correlation between job satisfaction and self-esteem, job satisfaction could be regarded as an effective predictor of self-esteem.
