Study On Science And Engineering University Students' Innovative Thinking And Cultivation

The human innovative practice is promoting social progress. In mankind's innovative practice, innovative thinking has guiding function. Say from certain meaning, without innovative thinking, there is no innovative practice, do not have innovative achievement.From 1940's, People start to self-consciously research on creative study, and applied creative study on every field of the world, it accelerates the development of human beings. Affront the competition of science and technology, economy and general national power, all the countries have realized the competition is not the competition of person with ability, but the competition of creativity. Chinese superiority in this competition is that it has the most abundance resource of person with ability. If their creativity had developed, China will not be defeated forever. In improving the levels of people's innovative thinking, the cultivation of university students' innovative thinking occupy the important status. Higher education should bear the historical mission of training university students' innovative thinking. the science and engineer University students are regarded as the scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs in the future. Their innovative thinking ability and level directly concerns with improvement of scientific and technological level of our country, and the promotion of international competition. The cultivation of science and engineering university students' innovative thinking is not only the urgent need of cross-centennial economic development of our country, but also the constantly inherent request of the higher education reform of our country. This thesis combines theoretical research and the real example investigation two respects. In theory, the author have analysed the relevant concept of innovative thinking systematically in thesis, have put forward the operation concept, which easy to research, have carried on the survey the current situation of study on innovative thinking at present, have studied the emergence mechanism of innovative thinking and innovative thinking type. On the half of real example investigation, the author have studied science and engineering university student's innovative thinking at present and the current training situation, detailly analyse the factor influencing science and engineering university students' innovative thinking at present, put forward the suggestion of improving science and engineering university students' innovative thinking. The research results of this thesis have certain directive significance on how to train large number of high-quality science and engineering university students who have innovative thinking.
