To change the current situation, i.e. secondary specialized school students dislike ideological and political courses, and the effectiveness of teaching is very poor, here I raise some countermeasures with high pertinence and maneuverability based on my many years' teaching experience, which carry some theological and practical meanings at the aspect of improving the current situation of ideological and political courses learning for secondary specialized school students. in this paper, it emphasizes that "student is the subject of learning" and the school must pay attention to the implementation of education based on the subject. Teachers should try their best to improve their all-round quality, should integrate the content of the courses and enrich the text books, should teach students the correct learning method, should cultivate students' interest, should stimulate students' motives of learning and should adopt reasonable, flexible and various patterns of testing. Teachers should help students to build up their confidence and arouse their internal need of learning, to change students' awareness from "force me to learn" to "I need to learn; I want to learn", from passive attitude to active, and realize our objective that is to make students, the subject, take part in the teaching process actively.
