With the promotion of new Curriculum Reform of basic education, the theoretical field has attached importance to how to exploit and use the curriculum resource. This thesis tries to cognize particular value of curriculum resource in Fuzhou local culture from the aspect of curriculum resource, and seeks strategies and methods of Chinese-curriculum construction based on local cultural resource. Accordingly, people will pay more attention to the exploitation and use of local curriculum resource.The thesis expatiates upon the notion of curriculum resource and local Chinese-curriculum resource and the significance and purpose of the exploitation and use of local curriculum resource, investigates and analyzes its status quo in Fuzhou, and then brings forward the strategies. The thesis takes the example for the celebrities and folk-custom and culture of Fuzhou's Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, and introduces the visage and value of Fuzhou local Chinese-curriculum resource, and then put forward the design. Some case designs are offered for reference.Conclusion: Local places contain abundant curriculum resources. We should strengthen the theoretical research on curriculum resources and consciousness to curriculum resources, exploit and use all types of curriculum resources to local conditions, so that melt the students into the historical culture of local life development and strengthen their responsibility to the society and capability of social practices.
