The school-based curriculum is not originally a kind of courses, but is a category that belongs to the course management. The exploitation and utilization of a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource must acclimate to the characteristics of the Chinese language, in the background of the diverse reconstruction of the curriculum development all over the world, establishing the local culture to be a Chinese language school-based curricula resource has common values and practical meanings. The implementation of "the three-level curriculum" management system of the new course reforms in our country can also provide the systematic guarantee with local cultures as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource.The local culture is a relative concept, and its connotation can be generalized in three layers: the first, related to global culture, the local culture refers to the national culture; the second, the local culture refers to a racial culture of a national part; the third, it refers to a relatively stable regional culture in a specific administrational region. The author chooses and establishes the material, system and the spiritual cultures that have been created in the social history of mankind development process, mainly the spirit culture and also the material culture, as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource to research.The exploitation and utilization of the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource is a dynamic process with a combination both theoretical research and practice investigation to withdraw and categorize the useful Chinese language school-based curriculum resource in the local Longnan culture; to establish the purpose and meaning of regarding the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource; to sieve and collating and stipulating the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource; and to turn the local Longnan culture resource into practical curricula.The local Longnan culture is the reasonable essence of "the humanity spirit" of a Chinese language school-based curricula, is also a valid path of improving the overall command and understanding of Chinese language. On the one hand, establishing the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource is advantageous to accept and spread the local culture; on the other, it can effectively promote the characteristic development of the learner. In respect with the mechanism of sieving curriculum resources, firstly, we should establish the principles that uphold the learner's all-round development as the central purpose, that have experienced the sieving of education philosophy, study theories and teaching theories, and that must be subjected to the check and supervision the development principles of the curriculum resources. To sieve the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource mainly includes to aspects: first, sieve the content of the curricula according to the curriculum standards of the Chinese language courses; second, sieve the way according to the types of a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource of the local Longnan culture. The value of the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language school-based curriculum resource lies in that the local Longnan culture is not only an important composing part ,but also is an beneficial complementation of to the "humanity" of the Chinese language education.The local Longnan culture is abundant and colorful. The author investigates and researches it mainly through four aspects: places of interest, scholars and writers, small dialectal areas, and folk tales. In respect with the ways to turn the local Longnan culture as a Chinese language School-based curriculum resource into practical curricula, it can be divided into the module series and the topical series. The property of the mold series is the type of common knowledge, and it aims at commanding and understanding the local Longnan culture microscopically; the property of the topical series belongs to improvement type, it lays particular emphasis on the learner's interests and partialities. Two series are not classified with grades, so schools can flexibly choose one according to their actual circumstances and conditions. Generally speaking, the module series relatively is applicable to junior class learners, and the topical series relatively the higher class learners.
