The Kindergarten-based training is an on-the-job education for teachers in the kindergartens. To improve teachers'quality by kindergarten-based training is not only the objective requirement from social development but also the inevitable choice through which the kindergarten teachers could achieve their professional development. Though kindergartens are the places to train kids, they are also the bases for kindergarten teachers to develop their profession. With the economic globalization and the coming era when study should become socialized, it is well acknowledged by we human beings that the study in 21 century should be furthered towards open directions featured as non-fixed placed informalized and non-nominal. As a new mould of education for teachers, the kindergarten-based training is also promoting all the kindergarten teachers to learn together and make continuing progress, certainly, according to the requirement of the development of the kindergarten as well as the requirement that kindergarten teachers ought to advance their profession.Nowadays, the elementary educational circle is discussing the reform of curriculum actively, and as one of the principal parts of the circle, the preschool education is not the exception. The promulgation and implementation of the Guideline of Preschool Education (Proposal) is the most notable manifestation of its importance. The Guideline expresses the expectations on kindergarten teachers to get their professional development. In order to get every kids to develop, every teacher there must be brought into full play, and in order to get the teachers into full play, the kindergarten must become the school for teachers to learn, develop and study.The author of this paper presided over the task of Research or the kindergarten Teachers' Further Training and Management in Wuhan, which is one of the principal "tenth five-year" tasks of the Chinese Preschool Education Association. The research on the teachers' kindergarten-based training is the major point of this task. To inquire the current situation of the teachers' kindergarten-based training, the founded team investigated kindergartens of different types in Wuhan to get the valuable first-hand information and understand the status of their kindergarten-based training. They also set forth the training tactics together with the ardent expectations on kindergarten-based training for kindergarten teachers.
