The New Kindergarten Teachers’ Kindergarten Basic Training is carried out for kindergarten teachers with less than three-year preschool work. Through the investigation of the status and problems of kindergarten teacher training, this study analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the corresponding problem solving strategies.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the research, based on interviews, it’s supplemented by literature research method. The reason why it’s interview-based is that kindergarten-based training’s main target is teacher, questionnaire survey fails to comprehensively collect the true understanding of teachers. Therefore, I take the way of anonymous interviews in order to figure out the real views and suggestions of newly recruited teachers about kindergarten based training. From kindergarten’s carrying out collective training and apprenticeship training, it proceeds with an analysis of the training content, training, training system and find out the existing problems. Specifically, it’s embodied as training in the single form, single training, unreasonable training content and that the lengths of working; meanwhile, it shows more apprentice and little master, apprentice’s lack of discourse right, inappropriate training of master, its limitations on obtaining the experience. In addition, new teachers lack training funds support, thus the training enthusiasm is not high and they lack dynamic power on research. Therefore, these problems collectively cause that the synthesis of the new teachers of kindergarten training effect is poor, that it influences negatively on the professional development of new teachers. Therefore, I refer to the domestic and foreign useful experience, on the level of the establishment of a national level of preschool teachers in vocational training of laws, regulations and the optimum content of teacher training to the diversification of training form and the allocation of special funds. Through the implementation of the above measures, it aims to help kindergarten improve the effectiveness of the training, thus helping the majority of new teachers smoothly transit through the initial stage of career. This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces research background and significance, literature review, theoretical basis of the research and related concept definition. The second part is the research plan and implementation, which mainly interprets research purpose, research themes and research methods. The third part is the investigation of present situation and problems. The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions targeting at the problemsThis paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the origin and significance of the study, kindergarten based training literature review. In addition, it introduces the basic research method, which prepares for the further study.The second part mainly introduces the design of the research and expounds the status quo of the training of teachers and analyzes the existing problem in the collective training and apprenticeship training through the investigation and analysis.The third part is to put forward countermeasures and problem solving strategies based on the current situation.
