Research On Strategies For Professional Ethics Cultivation Of Educational Technology

At present educational technology has developed rapidly with each passing day, whichplays a "booster" role in the process of education reform and social progress. As a profession,educational technology promotes the development of educational modernization. However,some ethical issues are raised up with it, such as ignoring people' subjective initiative whenthey are using the media, and spreading harmful information, hacker attacks, fraud, etc.People also begin to rethink the negative impact that the technology could bring to thedevelopment of education. It is urgent for us to strengthen the professional ethics cultivation.This paper makes a research on professional ethics problems in the development ofcurrent educational technology, and defines the concept and characteristics of professionalethics of educational technology. On the basis of analyzing the current status and harm of theabnormality of educational technology professional ethics, this paper explores the reasons ofthe abnormality.Basing on the domestic and overseas research findings in the fields of professionalethics of educational technology, we rely on the standards of educational technology and interms of ethical psychology and professional ethics theories, and try to provide someworkable suggestions for it: firstly, we should set up a code for professional ethics ofeducational technology;secondly, we should constitute corresponding rules of law tostrengthen the supervision and restraint mechanisms;thirdly, we have to improve theself-constraints and enhance the professional ethics literacy for working people, finally, byoptimizing the social moral environment, we can create a nicer atmosphere. In addition, thispaper makes a conception for professional ethics cultivation of educational technology in theaspect of pre-service cultivation and in-service training.
