Research On Student-based Class Administration

There are different kinds of models in class administration, such as teacher' s administration, scientific administration, democratic administration etc. However, in nowadays students have become the key factor among all those models. It advocates that students should be concerned, respected and developed. The developing of a class should focus on inspiring positivism, enthusiasm and creation of students. Therefore, student-based administration model has become the main trend. This thesis begins with the concept of student-based model following the reason analysis of setting up the model. The question that how to apply the student-based model is discussed through the analyzing of the current situation report and the disclosing of exist problems in class administration. The model intends to set up a firm basis for the sustainable development of students in a humanized way that is showing the respect of students' humanity, studying in students' psychology and cultivating their personality. Also, it will offer an opportunity for students to get involved in the administration and self-education. All in all, student-based administration will make our class not only the kinship garden but a spirit paradise for students happily and healthy growing.
