In the 21 Century, the modern IT (short for Information Technology) focused on computer and communicational technology, especially marked with network change the production methods, work methods, study methods and life style of people with the astonishing speed. This is a milestone in the development of IT, and it will influence deeply the fields of education necessarily. IT can provide better environment of study to teaching activity and bring changes of the study methods of the students or teaching measure, teaching methods of the teachers.Now what we discuss at most is how to make use of IT to help the other courses conduct Research-based learning or the integrations of IT and the other courses, then how does the information technology teaching itself develop? And how is the material complexion?As a younger teacher working at the teaching, the author sees the change of the computer course and the information technology course. The author can understand deeply the important reformation in the information technology teaching in China. But what we can't deny is most subjective or objective problems exist. And the existence of these problems has become the holdback of realizing the information education propitiously.Based on above reasons, according to the author's own personal experience, the author puts up some research about these problems in the information technology teaching and the measures to solve these problems. The author wishes to offer her power to bring the foundation informational technology education into effect smoothly!In Chapter One, the author introduces to us the concepts of IT, the target, contents of the information technology course in overseas High School and the development of the information technology course in Chinese High School. In the end the author brings forward the primary research contents of the article.In Chapter Two, the author points out the primary problems existing in the information technology teaching in Chinese High School on the aspects of the tropism of educational value, teacher troops, student individual and teaching material, etc.In Chapter Three, the author brings forward the measures to solve these problemsaiming at these material problems. The author bring forward that we will strengthen the integrations of IT and the other courses and the Research-based learning in the environment of IT supporting. We will bring the IT supporting in other courses teaching into play adequately and solidify the important status of IT supporting in other courses teaching.In Chapter Four, the author summarizes the whole article and prospects the fine future of IT teaching in High School.
