Studies On The College Students' Information Quality Education

Quality education is a long-term social systematic project in the present China education extending into the new century reform and development. Ever since the quality education including ideology culture science psychology and health spread from middle and primary schools to the higher education, it has aroused wide-spread attention in the society.I think, with the high-speed development of the computer technology, modern communication and web technology, the humankind has stepped into a higher information society, where knowledge and the amount of the information have increased sharply, information carrier mediumization, information index modernization and the information resources network, all of which have become the key strategic resources in the economy construction, the most active factors in the productivity, and the forceful impetus in the social advancement. The knowledge information has represented the most up-to-date productive forces. In order to improve the information resources exploration and the utilization, a lot of"information personnels"are urgently needed. For this matter, improving the information quality among the people of the nation and stressing the quality education in the colleges have become the most important objects for us to attain.As for quality and its related quality education, different historical stages embody different contents. In the ancient farming society, plain humanities qualities was needed, while in the modern industrial society, the people with science and culture quality is required. So far, we are in the era of the inkling of knowledge economy, increasing changes of the science technology, information quality is quite essential in this period. With this, Marxist educational theory about the overall development of the humanities and the Party's spirit of"keeping pace with times"can be reflected.In this thesis, I have referred to some research papers under the guidance of Marxist educational viewpoints and Deng Xiaopings'Theory and the"Three Represents", adhered to the combination of theory probe and case studies, the combination of static analysis and dynamic ones, the combination of vertical analysis and the horizontal analysis. I have made a thorough analysis about the status quo of the college students information quality education, and I have got the basic law to reinforce the information quality education among the college students on the basis of the soft environment construction with some new concept of legal education of information, informationalized campus and information commercials.
