Teachers play a key role in the development of a country. Excellent education depends on excellent teachers. Because of the rapid development, the changing ideas and technology and the education reform, teachers are facing a great challenge . This challenge requires the teachers to improve themselves in many fields, especially in psychology state. People used to focus on the teachers' teaching skills while ignore their psychology state. As a matter of fact, the psychology state is very important to the teachers. It has great effect on the students' development and is the key factor of the education development.According to the study, in the developed economic area, the teachers' psychological problems are very serious. These problems come from the teachers' occupation stress. The stress includes the overwork, the multi-role the teachers play in daily life, the educational reform and the tough and outdated education management. In order to improve the psychological state of the teachers, we should reform the education management. The manager of education should respect the teachers, encourage the teachers and meet the basic and reasonable needs of the teachers. Try to let the teachers lead an open and happy school life.As for the teachers, they should try to improve their psychological state by themselves. Try to understand themselves, try to be optimistic, try to be active, try to learn more and keep up with the modern society.This thesis mainly conveys the current psychology problems of the teachers in the developed economic areas and analyses the factors of these psychology problems. The thesis includes Introduction, Four Chapters and the Conclusion. The introduction covers the reason why we conduct this research and the research conducted home and abroad. Chapter One talks about the importance of the teachers' psychological health. Chapter Two conveys the current psychological state of the teachers in the developed economic area. Chapter Three deals with the causes of the teachers' psychology problems. Chapter Four suggests some strategies for the teachers to avoid and overcome the psychology problems. The conclusion part summarizes what we have learned in this research.The purpose of this thesis is to get the educational departments to pay attention to the teachers' psychological health and also helps the teachers to overcome the problems.
