An Investigation Report On The Employment Situation Of Postgraduates Majoring In Physical Education In Northwest Normal University

Postgraduates,as high-level talents in our country,play an important role in economic and social development.Under the background of our country's graduate enrollment expansion,the number of graduate students is growing faster and faster.In addition,the employers' understanding and judgment of the graduate students with master's degree in physical education have increased the limitation of graduates' employment.As a result,the number of jobs is far less than the number of graduate students graduating from each session.As a result,the supply exceeds the demand,the accumulation of talents and the employment situation of graduate students becomes more and more severe.As a part of the postgraduate team,the master's degree in physical education also faces various pressures brought by employment.In recent years,the state has paid more attention to the employment of postgraduates,and has also issued relevant policies to improve the current employment problem of postgraduates,which makes the employment situation of postgraduates with master's degree in sports receive extensive attention from all walks of life.However,in the actual employment research,we pay much less attention to graduate students than undergraduate students.In order to increase the attention to the employment of graduate students,this paper will take the 2016-2018 sports master degree graduate students from Northwest Normal University as the research object to investigate and analyze their employment situation.This paper takes the employment situation of sports master's degree graduates of Northwest Normal University as the research object,and 124 sports master's degree graduates of 2016-2018 from Northwest Normal University,the heads of some employers,the personnel of the recruitment and employment department,the tutors,etc.as the research objects.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and literature,this paper makes an investigation on the employment situation of sports master's degree postgraduates in northwest normal university and therecruitment needs and training suggestions of employers,aiming at finding out the problems and main influencing factors in the employment of sports master's degree postgraduates,listening to the valuable suggestions of employers on the training of master's degree postgraduates,and combining with the actual situation of the training of master's degree postgraduates in the university,putting forward some targeted strategies for improving the employment of sports master's degree postgraduates.The research conclusion is as follows:1.The employment rate of the 2016-2018 sports master's degree postgraduates in Northwest Normal University has shown a downward trend year by year,and the overall employment situation is not optimistic.The employment salary of graduates is mainly concentrated in the range of3001-4000 yuan and above 5000 yuan.The overall employment satisfaction of graduates shows the following trend: the overall employment satisfaction of graduates working in various schools and government departments at all levels is relatively high,while the overall employment satisfaction of graduates working in enterprises and fitness clubs is generally high.2.Most of the postgraduates with master's degree in physical education from Northwest Normal University will be able to get employment smoothly within six months after graduation.Graduates are more inclined to the western region in the choice of employment area.The choice of employment units for graduates is mainly concentrated in schools of all levels and types,of which primary and secondary schools have the largest number,followed by colleges and universities,and secondary education schools have the fewest.Mainly choose to engage in the education industry,mainly physical education teachers.3.For the 2016-2018 sports master's degree graduates of Northwest Normal University,access to employment information mainly comes from the websites of various units,employment information network and campus job fairs.The degree of match between the major graduates studied and the actual jobs is relatively high,but the employment field of graduates is relatively narrow,with schools of all levels and types as the main ones.The most important factors for graduates' employment are salary and welfare,personal development opportunities and region.4.The basic conditions that employers pay attention to when recruiting include: educational background,popularity of graduated colleges and universities,sports grade,major studied,corresponding professional qualifications,etc.In terms of comprehensive quality,graduates need to have strong professional knowledge and skills,team spirit,basic scientific research ability and good professional ability in teaching,training and competition.Employers generally believe that our graduate students have good ideological and moral character,high professional ethics,strong working ability and professionalism,and high overall evaluation.5.Through investigation and research,combined with unit of choose and employ persons is a graduate of our school problems existing in the process of personnel training,in the process of the cultivation of the postgraduate in our school should further clarify the talent training target,optimize the curriculum,fixed number of year of the extension of the culture,increase the professional practice time,a modest increase in the cultivation of professional skills,strengthening practice link,promote graduate student of organization communication,the cultivation of the team cooperation ability,etc.6.The main issues that the postgraduates of the master's degree in physical education of Northwest Normal University pay attention to are:salary and welfare,personal development opportunity,region,job stability and personal value embodiment.The main factors that affect their employment are: individual factors,social factors,cultivation process factors and family factors.7.The main problems in the training process of the postgraduates majoring in master's degree of physical education in Northwest Normal University are as follows: the individual objectives in the training objectives are not specific enough,some courses are not targeted,there are many courses of professional theoretical knowledge,but few courses of practice and application,lack of professional skills,incomplete employment guidance,lack of practice and training time,and lack of connection with the needs of the society Causative.
