When it comes to the 21st century, the problem of graduates, employment becomes more obvious and important increasingly. The difficulties for graduates to find jobs bas caused extensive concern and great attention. The previous research on the source of such problem mainly paid attention to the following aspects: 1. The current employment condition is rigorous; 2. The employment system is still in the adjusting stage, so there exist many barrackses for the employment,s entering the market completely, and also there are still obstacles in graduates,free floating and chosing.3. The training and developing of talented people is not suited to the employment system.4. Although being low in occupational ability and the manpower capital contents, graduates place high hopes for their future.5. The broader admission scale exceeds the admitting ability etc. In the process of caring out the research on the relevant data, the writer feels that there are still other factors that deserve more attention, they can be listed as following: Some graduates are under the influence of some social exclusion factors. As a result, the writer argues that the social exclusion theory offers us another angle to analyze the difficulties in finding jobs. Based on the above consideration, the writer carries out the research on the social exclusion and some relevant documents. He notices that the previous research gave less concern to the existence and state of social exclusion. It leads to the possible neglect of the existence in the process of graduates,obtaining employment. In view of the above mentioned factors, the purpose of this research is to study the possible "social exclusion"with the application of the theory and to put forward suggestions of the policy adjustment. To reflect the social exclusion more realistically, the writer carried out the research in the method of studying the individual case. And documents. In studying the documents, first, the writer gives a general state on the theory result; And secondly, for the purpose of analyzing the factors and source of the social exclusion, the writer induces and refines some research results obtained from documents; Thirdly, some selected data are adopted as evidence. As to the individual cases, the writer interviews some graduates who have difficulties in finding jobs, and a contrast was made with the social exclusion theory so as to confirm that they did suffer from the social exclusion. Ten phenomenon that can reflect the social exclusion are listed: 1.great exclusion in the labor force market under the current social system; 2.dissymmetry of the information and status in negotiation; 3.excessive demand for experience; 4.low salary; 5.particular exclusion encounter by female graduates; 6.the exclusion repeats among generations; 7.exclusion based on prejudice; 8.appearance exclusion; 9.exclusion derived from the social system and policy; 10.honor exclusion. From what have been mentioned above, the writer draws the following conclusion: social exclusion does exist in the process of graduates,obtaining employment. Such exclusion is a complex system and a dynamic state process in which some graduates cannot find jobs and participate in the social activity easily and successfully, And also it is a problem that needs concern, its social result is manifesting gradually.1. It is a waste of the social resource that so many talented people can not carry out the acculturation successfully; 2.poor graduates without jobs are subject to suffering from the bias, which caused their mental obstacle in social intercourse; 3. The social exclusion caused hostile tendency towards the society, which affects the higher education, even causes the trust crisis of the higher education.4. The higher education is experiencing a special change. Such change causes the utilitarianism, pragmatism among the students, and aggravate the degree of difficulties in the higher education. In view of such conclusion, the writer put forward the following suggestions: 1.Improving the employment environment at the time of increasing posts; 2.Pushing forward the unifying of the labor force market; 3.Putting forth the reform and innovation of the household register system; 4.Eliminating the sexual discrimination; 5. Strengthening the social support;6.Enhancing the graduates,employment quality;7.College and universities should adjust the modeof talented people,s training and developing. The innovation and main significance lie in the following factors: the writer carries out the research on the graduates, employment obstacle and at the same time the writer describes and confirms the social exclusion mentioned above. In addition, the offered suggestions provide a new method to analyze and solve graduates, employment problem, which makes it possible for the academic word. Authorities and our society to have the problem solved comprehensively and completely.
