Autonomous learning is still a problem concerning both pedagogy and psychology. In the field of pedagogy , it is always the core of self-conscious and well-motivated modern education to develop the students' consciousness, habit and ability of autonomous learning. The paper is written on the basis of theory of constructive views of education and humanistic learning theories, connected with New Curriculum Standard for English Teaching in China, and aims at solving general problems of dependence , less initiative , and lack of autonomous learning consciousness and ability. From the perspectives of research and investigation, I will go deeper into the autonomous learning strategies and the ways of classroom teaching, construct Task English Classroom Teaching Autonomous Learning Model, and then put forward education direction strategies. Finally, the paper leads to a fruitful result. The new model has been applied to teaching for this term. The results show that it is an effective way to stimulate the students' interest in learning English, to help the students form a good habit of autonomous learning, to develop the students' autonomous learning abilities, and to improve their English study.
