In order to meet the social requirements for various talents, and realize people getting job fully and reasonably. So we must develop vocational school without doubt. But the development of vocational school depends on that its administrators make full use of human resources and mobilize the enthusiasm of vocational school teachers to improve its quality and realize its educational aims. However it is general that people pursue high degree and despise vocational education, meanwhile colleges enlarge their recruiting students , the reformation in education brings challenge to vocational school and vocational school students ' quality falling year by year. Based on these reasons, vocational school teachers feel no or less achievement sense than before and lack work enthusiasm. But most of administrators pay more attention to recruiting students and helping students to get their job, neglect that the vocational school teachers' lack of achievement sense . This case affects the development of vocational schools seriously. This research based on invesligation about current situation on the achievement sense of teachers in vocational school in Hefei , the capital Anhui province. With the theories about administration, psychology, sociology .guided by motivation theories, the research analyzed the current situation on lacking of the achievement sense of vocational school teachers and its influential factors .On the basis of this, the thesis expounds some preliminary measures to motivate achievement sense of vocational school teachers.This thesis synthesizes several research methods, such as questionnaires , interview and consulting literatures. The main conclusions of this research are : Firstly, it is serious that vocational school teachers lack achievement sense(over 54.8%),Secondly, the reasons for the lack of achievement sense of vocational school teachers are teachers' misunderstanding talent viewpoint ,value viewpoint and their role in vocational education.; social prejudice against vocational education; and less attention to teachers' achievement sense and lacking science way to manage teacher in school administration, In the end ,the thesis suggests several measures for improving achievement sense of vocational school teachers. For instance, give new situation for achievement sense of vocational school teachers in the new condition ;help teachers to experience success in their work; pay more attention to their educational intelligence and their vocation development; make a good atmosphere for motivating achievement sense of vocational school teachers.
