One of purposes of modern education is to cultivate and perfect the students individual characters . Writing , is the most characteristic study and the most creative activity .It is most only the important measurement of measuring a student's Chinese ability, but also a very important way of cultivating the student's sense of creativityAs to the present phenomena of composition teaching disabled the writing rules and the students' writing psycology, this passage will try elaborating how to organize composition teaching in accordance with the students' psycological differences in a systematic way, starting from the students' psycological differences, together with psycology, pedagogy, science of writing and the knowledge of Chinese teaching, from the relative common psycological differences and absolute individual psycological differences, put forward the educational ideas that teachers should teach in accordance with the students' ages, sexes, and characters, try to be students oriented,then achieve the guide of Chinese curriculum criterion-------enrich thestudents'accomplishments while enhancing their ability of understanding and handling Chinese and make the students improve their Chinese accomplishment comprehensively.
