The community is that the people living in one place, district or country,considered as a whole. The learning community is a new style community, that itsinnovational learning culture is the development power, and via the members'action of coexistence, communication and amalgamation its learning ability iscontinually increasing, and then all members realize continuable development.The construction of the learning community is not only the appeal of thedevelopment of community construction in our country but also the desire ofstriding learning society all over the world.This article summarized the domestic and overseas experiences, used learningorganization theory, designed the model of learning community construction, andmade out the construction roadmap, detailed measures and evaluation methods oflearning community construction.
