Under the background of economic globalization and higher educational internationalization, Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (SFCRS) emerged as the times require. Especially after China's entry to WTO, SFCRS developed rapidly. The scale have been expanded gradually , and the levels raised continuously. A variety of models appeared. Then, it leads to the positive roles and the main problems. Secondly, it introduces and analyses the typical examples of cases in Beijing and Shanghai. It proves the relationships between regional economy and higher education. And then it introduces the experiences from the international cooperation in running schools in Singapore.Based on the previous parts, this thesis predicts the future of SFCRS.
