Based on the relative theories and practices in the web learning system, this thesis hasdesigned and developed a junior Chinese platform based on the web, through the analysis andinvestigation of the cooperate school's teaching environment and the teacher and students'requirements. And it used the platform to conduct practical experiments on the integration ofthe information technology and the Chinese curriculum. The new Curriculum Criterion of Chinese advocates self-regulated, cooperative andinquiry ways of learning. The learning platform revolves around the fundamental sense, givesundivided attention to instruct open and dynamic Chinese teaching environment. Thisplatform set up, little writer, on-line communication, homework management, expandinglearning, cooperative inquiry, and preparing for lessons' modules to achieve Self-regulatedlearning, on-line communication and answering, teachers' cooperative preparing for lessons,homework submission and evaluation functions. The practice proved that this learning platform is easy to operate, and accords with therequirement. In the teaching process supported by the platform, the teacher's enthusiasm forthe using of the web has been improved;the students' self-regulated and cooperative abilitieshave afforded exercises, and their cooperative consciousness and IT qualities have beenfurther nurtured.
