The student evaluation is the important constituent of education evaluation, As a result of its guidance and education function, it can help promote students' development and growth. Judging from current education teaching practice in our country, the student evaluation has many insufficiencies in evaluation goal, content, method and so on. Therefore, student evaluation reform becomes an essential link in current elementary education curriculum reform of our country.As the experimental plot of the country elementary education reform, we start the new curriculum test of the junior middle schools in Kaifu District, Changsha in the autumn of 2001. So far two sessions of junior middle school students have already graduated between 2004 and 2005. These years Kaifu District has actively put forth the evaluation reform of junior middle school students, put it into practice seriously and obtained material breakthroughs in the student evaluation. At the same time, some problems have been found and should be paid more attention to and settled from now on.The full text altogether divides three parts:The first part, expounded this article selects a topic reason, literature summary as well as research technique.
