Classroom teaching is a major school activity, which is the central link of school education. In this activity, we input a great number of manpower, financial and time up, moreover, it relates to the study of students most directly, The classroom evaluation is the most important and direct approach to improve the quality of classroom teaching, therefore, the evaluation process of classroom teaching whether science, high quality, good efforts or not plays an important role on the improvement of teaching quality.We must adhere to keep on the basis of the student development-oriented during the evaluation of classroom teaching. And proceed from the needs of the student' s overall development, pay attention to students learning situation and emotional state, focus on the reflecting of student' s main body status in the teaching process and bringing into play the main role, make the process of classroom teaching experience into the students' entirety life and development process, emphasizing that respect for the personality and character to students, encourage discovery, explore and challenge, and train students of innovation consciousness and practical ability. However, the current evaluation of the classroom teaching concerns about teachers, has a great distance from the requirement of new courses.The author establishes to have the new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal plan with biological character, which is based on the middle school biology classroom instruction, and taking the modern teaching appraisal theory and the new curriculum idea as the instruction . The present paper are consiting of three parts the introduction, the main text andthe conclusion , of which the main text is composed by four parts:The first part outlines classroom instruction appraisal. At the same time, it analyzes present situation of our country middle school classroom instruction appraisalintroduces the new trend of the overseas classroom instruction appraisal..The second part tells four aspects, the middle school biology new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal from the theory basis, the basic value orientation, the appraisal characteristic, the assessment method .The third part of explanation constructs the middle school biology new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal plan, which is divided into the teachers' nature which are commented by themselves, the teachers' quantification which are commented by others, the student appraisal, the class summary.The fourth part carries on the implementation and the analysis to the middle school biology new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal plan. Uniting existing detachment condition to propose the middle school biology new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal implementation methods and the principles.It also says the implementation using the new curriculum classroom instruction appraisal plan to carry on the appraisal for anormal teaching research class. From the implementation result, the appraisal plan which it considered successful, is scientific and feasible.
