In the process of primary and secondary school layout adjustment, with the support from the country policy that rural school students from poor families could be provided free text books and subsidies, free of miscellaneous frees. Simultaneously with the school scale tends to ideal, the integration of education resources and more abundant curriculum setting, the rural primary and middle school students’education level has improved a lot. But the pursuit of ideal school scale often results in a series of problems such as the limit of the distance between students’home and the school, rural families’ expenditure on education significantly increased, rural culture tends to be out of inheritance and innovation, simultaneously secondary problems such as "empty-nesters" become much more serious.This study takes the layout adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools of S county in H province as a case study, through field survey, questionnaire survey and interviews with the related interest groups, learned the problems faced by them and also their suggestions, thus to provide a few relatively valuable suggestions on how to join education from schools, families and also the society, therefore the rural school students could accept fair education and be fully developed. This thesis consists of four parts introduced briefly as follows:The introduction part mainly presents the reasons and the current development of related research on rural primary schools’layout adjustment and explained the main ideas and methods briefly. The first part stated the primary school education development process of S county in H province and the main problems resulted after the school layout distribution. Through the communication with the students, teachers and students’ parents, I learned some ideas and suggestions from them, thus introduces the problems related with school layout distribution. The second part of the thesis is about the reasoning of the problems related with school layout distribution, through the information from students, teacher and students’ parents and from the field research, analyzing the original reasons behind all these problems. The third part also as the last part of the thesis is about the suggestions of rural school layout distribution of S county in H province.
