Research On Compulsory Education School Distribution Adjustment Of Hainan

Compulsory education school distribution adjustment is a complex social project,which is closely related with the level of social，political and economic development.On one hand it is influenced by social and economic factors, on the other hand it has aprofound influence on the development of social economy. The scientific andreasonable structure of school distribution not only directly affects the educationresource’s utilization efficiency and the healthy development of the education, in aprofound sense, but also relates to the sustainable and healthy development of thepolitics, economy and culture.This paper first elaborates the research background, significance, research statusat home and abroad, as well as research methods, contents and train of thought. Thenit reviews the background and development process of China’s adjustment of schooldistribution, meanwhile analyses the status of the compulsory education schooldistribution adjustment in Hainan. On the basis of a large number of investigations,quantitative analysis was carried out on the compulsory education school distributionadjustment of Hainan. Through typical case analyses, it reveals the relationshipamong the interest subjects and analyses the way and pattern of school distributionadjustment. Finally, it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of schooldistribution adjustment.
